We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Note: Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

After your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids (Chemicals)
- Perishable goods (food items, plants, etc.)
- Personal care products (opened beauty or hygiene items)
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale/discounted items and Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible), and once approved, you may place a new order.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be transferred to your provided Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 7–10 business days.
- Online Payments: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
