We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. This includes orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you agree to be available to receive the order at the provided address.

All delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events outside our control. Once products are handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to you.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
